Our mission,
to help raise public awareness of cardiac risks
in seemingly healthy young athletes,
and work toward improved standards for student athletic safety

Goals:
1. Increased awareness of parents, coaches, athletic administrators, and the medical  
community about the risk of sudden cardiac death in youth, its prevention and treatment
2. AED Programs in all schools and at all athletic events
3. Policy in all schools to create/improve Emergency Response Plans and
Procedures consistent with the recommendations of the NATA.
4. Standard use of comprehensive athletic PreParticipation Evaluation forms  
5. Cardiac Screening Programs for Student Athletes
